Valcom's emergency intercom systems range from call stations for garages and dormitories to emergency blue light towers that you find throughout parking lots and remote areas of your organization's campus. Not only can Valcom's emergency intercom systems serve as two-way communication, they can also broadcast emergency alerts and important information to large groups of people.

Full IP / SIP

Full IP / SIP Emergency HelpPoints are modern, flexible, easy to install, and utilize new or existing network infrastructures. Each HelpPoint Emergency Intercom station simply connects to a PoE/PoE+ network switch. All communications and power is provided with this single PoE/PoE+ port which makes installation fast and simple. Set-up and programming is software controlled and managed. Making changes is simple and done with the click of a mouse including intercom volume levels, phone system access, and multi-button designations. The HelpPoints can activate and ring to stand alone 2500 type phones (Valcom IP FXS gateway required), IP Interactive Consoles, FXO, or SIP. There are no limits on the number of HelpPoint zones and they don't require a headend intercom controller. HelpPoint Emergency Intercoms are used in all type applications including small buildings with a 1-3 devices, or large buildings/campuses with 5-500 devices. Compact indoor and outdoor types (multiple color / button options) are available as well as 8ft stanchions with camera mount and broadcast speaker arrays.
